Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET) Jamshoro, is currently seeking highly qualified and talented professionals of Sindh domicile for the following faculty positions to be part of our academic team. Job Qualifications and Experience
1. Professor (BPS-21)
Qualifications:
- PhD in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
Experience:
- 15 years teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University or a postgraduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.
- At least 15 research publications with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years in HEC recognized journals.
2. Associate Professor (BPS-20)
Qualifications:
- PhD in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
Experience:
- 10 years teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University or a postgraduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.
- At least 10 research publications with at least 4 publications in the last 5 years in HEC recognized journals.
3. Lecturer (BPS-18)
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (foreign) or MPhil (Pakistan) or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in the academic career.
- Conditions for promotion from Lecturer to Assistant Professor must be fulfilled as per HEC criteria.
Experience:
- No teaching experience is required for the Lecturer position.
