Barrick Gold Corporation, a leading global mining company, is assembling an exceptional team for the development of the Reko Diq copper-gold mine in Balochistan.
Position: Geotechnical Engineer
Department: MRM (Mine Resource Management)
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
Qualification:
- Bachelors in geotechnical engineering or civil engineering (MSc will be a plus)
Experience:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Must have some design experience (civil and/or geotechnical and/or mining)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property slope stability functions for various facilities.
- Coordinate with consultants, water management, structural geology, and mine planning.
- Communicate slope stability information to site management effectively.
- Document and communicate slope stability monitoring of relevant infrastructure.
