Olympia Chemicals Limited is seeking self-motivated and result-oriented individuals for the following positions at Plant Location in Warcha, District Khushab (Punjab).
Manager Mechanical Maintenance
Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 15-18 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience at the maintenance Head level in a large petrochemical/chemical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze root causes of operational abnormalities/breakdowns to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct Cost and Benefit Analysis for efficient operation of mechanical equipment.
- Execute maintenance tasks during plant operations and shutdowns.
- Implement preventive & predictive maintenance strategies.
- Maintain constant track of spare parts, including critical spares and stocks.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and maintenance-related software is preferred.
Skills and Qualities:
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Innovative, motivated, and capable of out-of-the-box thinking.
- Well-planned for annual shutdown activities.
- Keen on staying updated with advancements in Mechanical Engineering.
Age: 38-45 years.
