The Planning Commission, under the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, is dedicated to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives for the socio-economic growth of Pakistan.
The Planning Commission invites applications from top talent and professionals of Pakistan to join the TurnAround Pakistan Team as Members or Consultants. This is a unique opportunity to contribute towards nation-building in various crucial areas such as Energy, Private Sector Development, Implementation & Monitoring, Governance & Innovation, Science & Technology & IT, Agriculture & Food Security, Development Communications, and Data Analytics/Data Science.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute strategic insights and expertise in the respective field to drive impactful initiatives under TurnAround Pakistan.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across public and private sectors to implement and monitor development projects.
- Provide innovative solutions and policy recommendations to address key challenges in the assigned area.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Masters from a leading university in the relevant field.
- Minimum of 14 years of senior policy-level work experience for Ph.D. holders and 18 years for Masters degree holders in the relevant field.
- Proven expertise and demonstrated impact in one or more of the specified areas.
Salary: Attractive public sector scales
Age: Less than 62 years on the closing date of the application (April 15, 2024).
