Heavy Mechanical Complex Ltd. invites applications for the following positions on contract basis (Extendable on satisfactory performance):-
1. Head of Supply Chain
- Max Age Limit: 50
- Job Specification: BE/BSc Engineering along with MBA (SCM) and minimum 13 years post qualification relevant experience in steel manufacturing industry. Preference shall be given to the candidates having experience in dealing with Import agencies/local and foreign vendors for Supply Chain Management matters. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving abilities along with the highest level of integrity and work ethics.
2. Senior Manager (Sales & Marketing)
- Max Age Limit: 55
- Job Specification: BSc/BE with minimum 10 years post qualification relevant experience preferably in heavy engineering industry. Applicants having aforesaid qualification with MBA (Marketing) will be preferred.
3. Manager HR
- Max Age Limit: 45
- Job Specification: MBA HR with minimum 8 to 10 years post qualification experience including 3 to 5 years at managerial level. Experience of conduct of Trainings, Professional development and having people-centric approach. Applicants having experience in organizational development shall be given preference.
4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager
- Max Age Limit: Not specified
- Job Specification: Bachelor with minimum 8 to 10 years post qualification experience with NEBOSH IOSH/ OSHA will be preferred.
5. Financial Controller (Financial Reporting)
- Max Age Limit:40
- Job Specification: CA/ACCA/ICMA Qualified Finalist, preferably articles completed along with minimum 5 years post qualification relevant experience.
6. Financial Controller (Business Partnering)
- Max Age Limit: 40
- Job Specification: CA/ACCA/ICMA Qualified/Finalist, preferably articles completed along with minimum 5 years post qualification relevant experience.
7. Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing)
- Max Age Limit: 40
- Job Specification: Master degree with 3 to 5 years post qualification relevant experience in the marketing area of Sugar plants/Spares, Cement Plants and Chemical Industry. Applicants having aforesaid qualification plus MBA (Marketing) will be preferred.
8. Supervisor
- Max Age Limit: 40
- Job Specification: DAE at least 2nd Division from Govt recognized institution with at least 05 years of experience in any large industrial setup of steel manufacturing, welding, steel fabrication & machining etc.
