- Head of Supply Chain Management
- Max Age Limit: 50
- Job Specification:
- BE/BSc Engineering along with MBA (SCM) and a minimum of 13 years post-qualification relevant experience in the steel manufacturing industry.
- Preference shall be given to candidates with experience in dealing with Import agencies/local and foreign vendors for Supply Chain Management.
- Senior Manager (Sales & Marketing)
- Max Age Limit: 35
- Job Specification:
- BSc/BE with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification relevant experience, preferably in the heavy engineering industry.
- Applicants having the aforesaid qualification with MBA (Marketing) will be preferred.
- Manager HR
- Max Age Limit: 45
- Job Specification:
- MBA HR with a minimum of 8 to 10 years post-qualification experience, including 3 to 5 years at the managerial level.
- Experience in conducting trainings, professional development, and having a people-centric approach.
- Applicants with experience in organizational development will be given preference.
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager
- Max Age Limit: 40
- Job Specification:
- Bachelor with a minimum of 8 to 10 years post-qualification experience with NEBOSH IOSH/OSHA will be preferred.
- Financial Controller (Financial Reporting)
- Max Age Limit: 40
- Job Specification:
- CA/ACCA/ICMA Qualified/Finalist, preferably articles completed, along with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification relevant experience.
- Financial Controller (Business Partnering)

- CA/ACCA/ICMA Qualified/Finalist, preferably articles completed, along with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification relevant experience.
- Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing)

- Job Specification:
- Master’s degree with 3 to 5 years post-qualification relevant experience in the marketing area of Sugar plants/Spares, Cement Plants, and Chemical Industry.
- Applicants having the aforesaid qualification plus MBA (Marketing) will be preferred.
- Supervisor
- Max Age Limit: 40
- Job Specification:
- DAE at least 2nd Division from a Govt recognized institution.
- At least 05 years of experience in any large industrial setup of steel manufacturing, welding, steel fabrication & machining, etc.
