Applications are invited from dynamic candidates for a one-year INTERNSHIP Program under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cities Improvement Project (KPCIP), Local Government, Election & Rural Development Department assisted by the Asian Development Bank and being implemented in the five cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Abbottabad, Kohat, Mardan, Mingora, and Peshawar. The program is reserved for female candidates.

Minimum Qualification/Eligibility
- Graduates who have completed sixteen years of education in the field of:
- Civil Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation / Industrial & Electronics Engineering
- IT and Communication / Software Engineering
- Urban & Regional Planning
- Management Sciences
- Environmental Sciences
- Development Studies
- GIS & Remote Sensing
- Mass Communication & Media Studies
- MBA Finance, CA & ACCA
- MBA HR
- LLB
- Gender Studies
Qualifications:
- Graduates who have completed sixteen years of education in the above-mentioned fields from HEC recognized universities and degree-awarding institutions.
- Minimum 2.6 cumulative GPA or 80% marks in the last degree.
- Certification of any diploma in computer/etc.
- Demonstrated computer skills (proficiency in using computer desktop applications i.e., MS Office).
- Additional qualification MS/MPhil/PHD will be given additional marks.
- Applicant must be a Pakistani citizen and must have domicile Peshawar/Mardan/Kohat/Mingora/Abbottabad.
- Applicant will not be considered who are availing Government of Pakistan’s National Internship Program (NIP) or are on full-time jobs.
