Minimum Qualification and Experience
SS&CGTO Positions
- Chief Manager – Security Services: Graduate, preferably retired Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent with minimum 17 years of experience.
- Deputy Chief Manager – Security Services: Graduate, preferably retired Major or equivalent with minimum 15 years of experience.
- Deputy Chief Manager – Operation and Technical Wing: MBA with at least 6 years of experience or BBA with at least 10 years of experience.
- Deputy Manager – Operation and Technical Wing: MBA in MIS with at least 2 years of experience or BSCS/BCS with at least 4 years of experience.
- Prosecutor: LLB with at least 3 years of relevant experience and 1 year of bar enrolment; LLM preferred.
Tariff Positions
- Chief Manager – Compliance: CA/ACMA with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience or ACCA/MBA with at least 9 years of experience.
- Deputy Chief Manager – Operating Cost/Benchmarking: CA/ACMA with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience or ACCA/MBA with at least 6 years of experience.
- Deputy Chief Manager – Complaints: CA/ACMA with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience or ACCA/MBA with at least 6 years of experience.
- Deputy Chief Manager – Consolidation & Projects: CA/ACMA with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience or ACCA/MBA with at least 6 years of experience.
- Deputy Manager – Compliance & Complaints: MBA with at least 2 years of experience or Masters with at least 5 years of experience; Knowledge of Regulatory Framework preferred.
Finance Positions
- Chief Manager – Payroll: MBA preferably in Finance/Accounts with at least 9 years of relevant experience. Professional qualification like CA/ACA/ACMA/ACCA is an added advantage.
- Deputy Chief Manager – Insurance: MBA with at least 4 years of relevant experience or Fresh CA/ACMA; Diploma in Insurance preferred.
- Deputy Chief Manager – Projects/Pre-Audit/Fund: ACCA with 4 years of experience or Bachelor/Masters (16 years of education) in Finance/Accounts/Business Administration with at least 8 years of experience.
- Deputy Chief Manager – Bills Payable/Payroll: ACCA with 4 years of experience or Bachelor/Masters (16 years of education) in Finance/Accounting/Supply Chain Management with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Deputy Chief Manager – Operational Finance: MBA with at least 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas Sector or CA/ACMA with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in Oil & Gas Sector.
R&D Position
- Chief Engineer (R&D Projects): Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 9 years of post-qualification experience in R&D, including 3 years in project management; experience in Oil and Gas/Public sector preferred.
Sales Positions
- Manager Sales: MBA preferably in Supply Chain Management or Engineering Graduate with at least 6 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas Sector.
- Senior Engineer Sales: Engineering Graduate preferably in Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas Sector.
- Engineer Sales: Engineering Graduate preferably in Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas Sector.
