Barrick Gold Corporation is recruiting a high-caliber team of individuals for the development of its outstanding, world-class mining project – the Reko Diq copper-gold mine in Balochistan.
Position: SOC Operator
Qualification Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
- Strong understanding of incident response, threat intelligence, and security best practices.
- Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC, are highly desirable.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a Security Operations Center.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor security analysts, offering guidance, support, and technical expertise.
- Cultivate a collaborative and proactive team culture to boost SOC effectiveness.
- Develop and execute incident response procedures for swift and effective security incident resolution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for unified and prompt incident response.
Position: Equipment Trainer
Qualification Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Certificate in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).
- Current LTV class Driver’s License.
- Certificate in Work Health and Safety (desirable).
Experience:
- Proven experience in proficient operation of various mobile equipment (Excavators, Loaders, Dump Trucks etc.).
