Following visiting faculty are required at Govt. Technical Training Institute Daulat Gate Multan
Qualification and Relevant Experience
- Instructor Cook:
- Graduate in Food Sciences & Technology / Food Sciences / Nutrition with minimum 1 year experience in relevant trade OR
- DAE Food Technology / DAE Food Processing & preservation Technology with minimum 2 years experience in relevant trade OR
- Graduation & certified (6-Months Short course from Govt. recognized institute OR Internship/ OJT certificate from renowned Hotel) cook with preferably 3 to 4 years experience of professional cooking/baking.
- Teaching staff should have at least three years experience in the role of Chef de Partie. They should also hold or be working towards a formal teaching qualification.
- Instructor Electronics:
- DAE in Relevant Trade, 01-Year Experience, Computer Literate
- Intermediate with G-II Level Certificate, 06-Years Experience, Computer Literate
