Program Description:
SSGC’s Emerging Leadership Program (ELP) is a two-year trainee program designed to provide young graduates with valuable on-the-job training and exposure under the guidance of experienced mentors. The program aims to develop future leaders in the energy sector.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: Maximum 26 years (as of the date of advertisement)
- Qualification: Engineering Graduates (PEC Recognized)
- Passing Year: Graduates of 2021 and onwards (Candidates awaiting results are not eligible)
- CGPA or Percentage: Minimum 3 CGPA or 75% or equivalent
