PPL is seeking applications for the position of Manager/Senior Manager BME/BLZ from high-calibre professionals with a background in geosciences, mineral/mining economics, or mining engineering. The selected candidate will oversee delivery operations at Bolan Mining Enterprises (BME), a joint venture between PPL (as operator) and the Government of Balochistan.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage BME’s business of mining, grinding, and marketing of barytes.
- Oversee the development operations of Baryte-Lead & Zinc (BLZ) Project, Khuzdar, Nokkundi, and Dilband iron ore projects.
- Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent in geosciences or mineral/mining economics or a 4-year engineering degree in mining.
- At least 14 years of experience, including 5 years of mineral/mining exposure.
- Candidates with an MBA degree will have an added advantage.
