Bellagio Design & Construction is a mid-size multi-discipline architectural and engineering firm with an office in Lahore and provide all AMEPS engineering services in-house and are currently looking for the following right candidates to join team:

REVIT MEP ENGINEER (REMOTE/HYBRID)

This position is available part-time, full-time, or as a consultant. You are the ideal candidate if you enjoy working with a small, collaborative design team and are interested in gaining experience and skills across a mix of commercial and residential projects.

Education: Architectural/Engineering Degree Preferred

Qualification:

3-5 years of experience preferred.
Must be familiar with the latest edition of the California Building Code, CMC, CPC, NEC.
Must be proficient in REVIT.
Should have a solid understanding of AutoCAD.

Responsibilities:

MEP Engineering+Modeling+project coordination, Creation of Design, Development, and Construction Documents.
Coordination with in-house architects, engineers, and external sub-consultants.

CIVIL ENGINEER / CAD TECH (WFH TELECOMMUTE) WITH CIVIL DESIGN EXPERIENCE

Telecommute WFH (work from home) Civil Engineer/CAD Tech with Civil Design Experience/Fort Lauderdale. This means that you have your own equipment and software to do the work from the comfort of your home or office.

Need EXPERIENCED Civil Engineer/CAD Tech with Florida Civil Engineering Design experience (water, sanitary sewer, grading, and storm drainage) for a 05-year-old engineering firm in Fort Lauderdale. PE not required as good relevant experience beats licensing.

Must be EXPERIENCED and KNOWLEDGEABLE in Civil Engineering Design for private land development: Water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, and paving and storm drainage. Experience with drainage calculations and experience with the requirements of drainage permitting agencies is a plus.

STRUCTURAL DESIGNER

Successful candidate will have 05 years of experience with the latest civil/structural design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and CADWorx Structure Hexagon PPM. Candidate should be familiar with 2D/3D CAD fundamentals and be willing to take ownership of their work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create Grading models and plans using Civil 3D software.
Run cut and fill analysis as well as be able to put together materials listed based on site specific soil conditions.
Create platform, supports, and structures using CADWorx Structure.

Required Qualifications:

5 years of experience working as a Structural Designer.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and CADWorx Structure.
Proficiency in 3D modeling using a variety of AutoCAD applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multi-task from project to project.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Works well in a team environment with good communication skills both verbal and written.

DRAFTSMAN ARCHITECTURAL, MEP, CIVIL

Must have Revit & CAD Experience. Must have at least 5 years experience Knowledge of US codes.
