Site Procurement Specialist

• Department: Procurement
• Location: Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
• Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Procurement
• Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Ariba preferable
  • Strong negotiation, analytical & communication skills
  • Good knowledge of procurement, negotiation, commercial understanding, and cost breakdown
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement operations
  • Educate stakeholders on policies
  • Facilitate collaboration between procurement and site teams
  • Address stakeholder needs

Civil Engineer

• Department: MRM Geotechnical
• Location: Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
• Qualification: Bachelor’s in civil engineering / Geotechnical Engineering (MSc will be a plus)
• Experience: Minimum 4 – 7 years of relevant experience
• Requirements:
  • Familiarity with 2D/3D modelling techniques
  • Competence in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee geotechnical aspects of civil infrastructure construction
  • Coordinate with stakeholders
  • Manage design processes
  • Document fieldwork
  • Cultivate relationships

Electrician

• Department: Engineering
• Location: Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
• Qualification: Certified Electrician from a recognized technical institute
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mining and process environment
• Requirements:
  • Hand-on experience of MV, LV cable termination and jointing
  • Hand-on experience of all types of AC/DC, MV and LV motors overhauling/rewinding
• Responsibilities:
  • Execute assigned electrical tasks daily
  • Promptly rectify faults
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Diagnose issues

Electrical Foreman

• Location: Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
• Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) (Power/ Electronics)
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant process and mining environment experience
• Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of electrical drawings (SLD and PID)
  • Managing electrical substation compliances with safety and environmental standards
• Responsibilities:
  • Lead electricians and technicians
  • Oversee electrical tasks
  • Manage power reticulation
  • Conduct inspections

Site Logistics Specialist

• Department: Logistics
• Location: Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in transportation management, logistics, project management, or similar preferred
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a logistics/ transportation specialist in a related industry
• Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of transportation industry regulations
  • Proficiency in transportation management software
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage transportation services and logistics at the site
  • Optimize order cycle
  • Negotiate with various teams
  • Ensure cargo and documentation compliance

Port Load Master

• Location: Karachi
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in transportation management, logistics, project management, or similar preferred
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a logistics/ transportation specialist in a related industry
• Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the port regulations and procedures
• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee safe loading and unloading of cargo from ships
  • Coordinate with ship’s crew and stakeholders
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage cargo handling equipment
  • Verify quantities
  • Coordinate vessel arrival and documentation with trade team
