Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is a state-owned enterprise responsible for the exploration, mining, and marketing of various minerals. It operates under the administrative control of the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan.
The Management Trainee Programme offers a one-year on-the-job training opportunity for young professionals. Please note that this programme does not constitute an employer-employee relationship, and there is no obligation on PMDC to offer regular employment upon completion of the training period.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pakistani nationals with a bachelor’s or master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) or equivalent from a reputable institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
- Maximum age: 28 years on the date of advertisement.
- Minimum CGPA: 3.0.
- Graduates of the year 2023 with or without post-qualification experience are eligible to apply.

- Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will undergo a written test and interview.
- Selection will be based on merit with 30% weightage on education marks, 40% on test assessment, and 30% on interview evaluation.
- Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of PKR 80,000/-.
