NADRA is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following positions under the provisions of Regulations 9, 10, and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002.
Job Positions and Requirements:

| Deputy Director – Engineering Services | – Bachelor’s (16 years) in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent. – Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC. |
| Assistant Director – Sub Engineer Civil & Electric | – Bachelor’s (16 years) in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent. Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC. |
| Senior Executive | – DAE in Civil/Electrical Technology or equivalent. – Graduation (14 years) preferred. Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC. |
Key Responsibilities and Competencies:
Deputy Director – Engineering Services
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles.
- Lead construction projects, oversee design, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage construction activities, budgeting, and quality control.
- Establish QA/QC processes and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of infrastructure.
Assistant Director – Sub Engineer Civil & Electric
- Assist in planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
- Supervise construction activities, quality control, and material testing.
- Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders for project success.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory codes.
Senior Executive
- Prepare layouts, drawings, and technical documents.
- Assist in maintaining site safety and accuracy.
- Coordinate with teams and ensure compliance with legal codes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
