Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria
Technical & Maintenance Roles:
- MEP Technicians
- Practical expertise in integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across commercial/residential facilities.
- HVAC Technicians
- Proven experience in chillers, package units, FAHU/AHU systems, and FCU preventive/corrective maintenance.
- Electrical Technicians
- Sound hands-on capability with control panels, DB dressing, power distributions, and circuit troubleshooting.
- Plumbers
- Experience with domestic/commercial water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.
Facility & Environmental Support:
- Cleaners (External Areas)
- Dedicated cleaners for building exterior areas, landscaped paths, pavements, and external premise upkeep.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven prior track record in building maintenance and facilities management (FM) environments.
- Practical technical competence and hands-on tool handling capabilities in the applied trade.
- Immediate joiners (candidates on Visit Visa or with Cancelled Residence Visas) will be given high preference.
