Assistant Manager (Mechanical)

1. B.E / B.Sc (Mechanical Engg) – PEC Recognized
   1. Age: 28 – 35 years.
   1. Min 03 or above years of experience in Maintenance of Cement Plant including Kiln, Vertical Roller Mills of Raw, Coal, Cement and Crusher.

Assistant Manager (Preventive Maintenance)

1. B.E / B.Sc (Mechanical Engg) – PEC Recognized
2. Age: 28 – 45 years.
3. Min 03 or above years of experience in Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of Cement Plant. Preferably having knowledge of Project execution & Condition Monitoring (CAT-I) of Cement Plant.
4. Candidate must have good IT, Communication and Drafting Skills.

Technical Officer (Mechanical)

1. DAE (Mechanical)
2. Age: 25 – 45 years.
3. Min 05 or above years of experience in Maintenance of Cement Plant including Kiln, Vertical Roller Mills of Raw, Coal, Cement and Crusher.

Mechanical Inspector / Supervisor (Preventive Maintenance & Planning)

1. Min qualification: DAE (Mechanical)
2. Age: 25 – 40 years.
3. Min 05 or above years of experience in Cement industry as Mechanical Inspector / Supervisor managing Predictive & Preventive Maintenance Inspections with basic /advance knowledge about use of inspection tools for Cement Plant will be an advantage.

Fabricator (Mechanical)

1. Min qualification: Matric
2. Age: 20 – 35 years.
3. Min 05 or above years of experience preferably in Cement industry as Fabricator.

Rigger (Mechanical)

1. Min qualification: Matric
2. Age: 20 – 35 years.
3. Min 05 years & above experience preferably in Cement industry as Rigger.

Welder

1. Min qualification: Matric
2. Age: 20 – 35 years.
3. Min 05 years & above experience preferably in Cement industry as Welder.

Vulcanizer

1. Min qualification: Matric
2. Age: 20 – 40 years.
3. Min 05 years & above experience in Cement or allied industry of Vulcanizing rubber / Steel Corded Conveyors belts.

Electrical, I&C and PM&P Dept.

Assistant Manager (PLC)

1. B.E / B.Sc (Industrial Electronics / Electronics Engg) – PEC Recognized
   1. Age: 28 – 40 years.
   1. Min 05 or above years of experience in Instrument & Control Dept of cement industry.

Proficiency in programming PLCs is essential with a preference for expertise in PCS7 and 800xA. Ability to design & program HMIs for visualization & interaction with PLC systems, knowledge of industrial communication protocols. Troubleshooting & resolve issues related to PLC functionality.

Assistant Manager (Planning)

1. B.E / B.Sc (Electrical / Electronic Engg) – PEC Recognized
2. Age: 28 – 40 years.
3. Min 03 or above years of experience as Planner in Electrical & Instrumentation section of Cement Plant. Preferably having experience of working on relevant SAP module.
4. Candidate must have good IT, Communication and Drafting Skills.

Technical Officer (Instrument & Control)

1. Min qualification: DAE (Electronics / Instrument)
2. Age: 25 – 45 years.
3. Min 05 or above years of experience of Maintenance & Trouble Shooting in

Instrumentation & Control Dept (Cement Plant). Expertise in gas analyzer, Coal Schenck, Pfisters and weigh feeders, should be well trained on process instruments of Cement Plant.

Technical Officer (Electrical)

1. Min qualification: DAE (Electrical)
2. Age: 25 – 45 years.
3. Min 05 or above years of experience in Maintenance & Trouble Shooting of Electrical equipment (Cement Plant). Must have expertise in cable jointing and laying, LV and MV Switchgears, Motor & transformer inspection, testing and VFD troubleshooting.

Inspector / Supervisor (Planning & Maintenance) – E&I

1. Min qualification: DAE (Electrical / Electronics)
2. Age: 25 – 35 years.
3. Min 05 or above years of experience in Maintenance & Trouble Shooting of Cement Plant. As an Inspector

/ Supervisor must have ability to check LV & MV motors, Starters, transformer CM tests, Equipment thermography and oil dielectric test.

Grid Station Operator

1. Min qualification: DAE (Electrical – Power)
2. Age: 28 – 45 years.
3. Min 05 years & above experience in Cement industry as Grid station Operator well versed with 132 KV Grid operation and Maintenance, Metreing system, Power factor.

Technician (I&C)

1. Min qualification: DAE (Electronics)
2. Age: 25 – 40 years.
3. Min 05 years & above experience in Cement industry as Technician in Instrument & Control Dept with expertise in control circuit trouble shooting, Maintenance and calibration of field instruments. Reference will be given for Electrical knowledge.

Electrician

1. Min qualification: Matric or above (preferably DAE – Electrical)
2. Age: 20 – 40 years.
3. Min 05 years & above experience in Cement industry as Electrician with expertise in cable termination, testing, Motor testing, LV switchgears, VFD Maintenance

Production, QC, HSE, WHRP & Mining

Deputy Manager (Production)

1. B.E / B.Sc (Chemical Engg) – PEC Recognized
   1. Age: 30 – 45 years
   1. Min 08 or above years of experience in pyro process (Kiln area) of cement Plant. Having experience dealing with multiple fuels (Alternate Fuel & local coal).

Assistant Manager (Quality & Control)

1. M.Sc (Analytical / Applied / Inorganic Chemistry) – HEC Recognized University
2. Age: 30 – 45 years
3. Min 03 or above years of experience in QC Dept of cement industry as Chemist. Must have Knowledge of XRF, XRD and other Testing & Lab equipment.

Assistant Manager (Environment)

1. MSc (Environment Sciences) or B.E / B.Sc (Environmental Engg)
2. Age: 28 – 45 years
3. Min 03 or above years of experience in Environment Monitoring & Compliance. Strong understanding of National & International standards and Environmental approvals.

Assistant Manager (Health & Safety)

1. B.E / B.Sc (Chemical Engg with NEBOSH / IOSH certification)
2. Age: 28 – 45 years.
3. Min 03 or above years of experience in HSE Dept of Cement / Process industry / Power Plants.

Technical Officer (Boiler) – WHRP

1. Min DAE (Mechanical) preferably B.Tech (Mechanical)
2. Age: 28 – 45 years.
3. Min 05 or above years of experience in Boiler’s Operation & Maintenance. Preferably in Waste Heat Recovery of Cement Plant.
4. 1st / A – Class Boiler certification is must.

Technical Officer (Turbine) – WHRP

1. Min DAE (Mechanical) preferably B.Tech (Mechanical)
2. Age: 28 – 45 years
3. Min 05 or above years of experience in Steam Turbine Operations & Maintenance.

Technical Officer – WHRP Operations (Mechanical / Electrical)

1. DAE (Mechanical / Electrical).
2. Age: 28 – 45 years.
3. Min 05 years & above experience in Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant preferably in Cement Industry. Managing its routine operations and maintenance including Boiler & Turbine. Additional experience on combine cycle power Plant will be an advantage.
4. 3rd / C – class boiler certification

CCR Operator (Kiln, Raw Mill & Cement Mill)

1. Min qualification: DAE (Chemical)
2. Age: 28 – 45 years.
3. Min 08 or above years of experience in Cement industry as CCR Operator in Production Dept for Kiln, Vertical Roller Mills for Coal, Raw and Cement.

Technical Officer (Mining)

1. Min qualification: DAE (Mining)
2. Age: 28 – 45 years.
3. Min 08 or above years of experience in Cement industry as Technical Officer (Mining) managing quarry operations.

Surveyor (Mining)

1. Min qualification: DAE / FSc with certification as Surveyor.
2. Age: 20 – 35 years.
3. Min 05 years & above experience in cement industry as Surveyor (Mining/Quarry).
