- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the supervision of Highway Construction Projects as a Resident Engineer
- Age: Preferably not more than 50 years
- Assistant Resident Engineer
- Qualifications: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- General Experience: 10 years
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Highway/Bridge Construction Projects
- Age: Preferably not more than 35 years
- Material Engineer
- Qualifications: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or M.Sc. in Geology
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in performing Quality Control tests of Infrastructure Projects, including Highway Projects
- Manager Project Supervision
- Qualifications: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Preferably 25 years of Construction Supervision Experience in infrastructure projects, with a preference for Highways, Bridges, and Buildings
- Maximum Age Limit: 50 years
