Deputy Manager Contracts & Taxation (Civil Project):

Required Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: BSc. in Civil Engineering, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Experience: A minimum of 20-25 years of overall experience in Pavements, Buildings (Designing & Constructing), with at least 10 years of specific experience in Runway/Airport Infrastructure Development Projects.
Skills:
- Preparation of TORS for selection/pre-qualification of Contractors.
- Preparation of Tender Documents and Evaluation of Bids (Technically & Financially).
- Monitoring and Project Management of both Airside and Landside Projects.
- Well-versed in all disciplines of Engineering Works, including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, and Electronics.
Age Limit: Should not exceed 57 years.

2. Deputy Manager Contracts & Taxation (Finance):

Required Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or articleship or ICMA/CA Inter or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in contract & tax management with a limited Company or a large Organization. Preference will be given to candidates with a legal background.
Skills:
- Proficient in contract management and tax-related matters.
- Familiarity with legal aspects related to contracts.
- Strong financial acumen.
Age Limit: Should not exceed 45 years.
