Qualification/Pre-Requisites

Subject Principle Engineer (Water & Sewerage):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years of relevant experience; must be a professional engineer.
Design Engineer (Water Supply):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Design Engineer (Telecommunication):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Telecommunication.
Procurement Specialist:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in preparation of bidding documents, tender evaluation, and claims management.
Senior Architect/Conservationist:
- BS Architecture Degree, registered with PCATP with minimum 10 years of relevant experience related to Conservation.
Chief Surveyor:
- DAE Diploma with minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
Urban Specialist:
- Master’s Degree in a field related to Urban Development with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Urban Mobility Expert:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Transportation Engineering.
Involuntary Resettlement Expert:
- Advanced Degree in Social Sciences with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Contract Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in buildings and monuments projects supervision.
Resident Engineer (RE):
- BSc in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in building projects supervision.
Assistant Resident Engineer (Electrical):
- BSc in Electrical Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience in buildings/monuments projects supervision.
Health, Safety, Environment and Social Safeguard (HSES) Expert/Environmental Engineer:
- MSc in Environmental Sciences with minimum 10 years of experience in health and safety monitoring of construction works.
Horticulturist:
- BSc Hons in Horticulture with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in all kinds of flowering plants and pest control programs.
Mechanical Engineer:
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in supervision of mechanical works.
Electrical Engineer:
- BSc in Electrical Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in distribution design of underground and overhead cables.
Landscape Architect:
- Preferable MSc Architect with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in buildings.
