- Highway Design Expert:
- Master’s in Civil Engineering (Highway/Transportation Engineering) or Minimum B.Sc. Civil Engineering
- Registered with PEC
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Highways design, familiarity with AASHTO/ASTM standards
- Buildings/Bridges Design Expert:
- Master’s in Civil Engineering (Structures Engineering) or Minimum B.Sc. Civil Engineering
- Registered with PEC
- Minimum 15 years of experience in civil infrastructure design including buildings, bridges, steel structures, etc.
- Water Supply Expert:
- Master’s in Civil Engineering (Water Supply) or Minimum B.Sc. Civil Engineering
