Urban Planning & Design (Pvt.) Ltd. (UPDL) is a multi-disciplinary consultancy house that offers a broad spectrum of town planning, architecture, interior design, landscape design, 3D animation, MEP design, engineering design, resident site supervision, contract administration, and project management services from conception to completion and subsequent operation. The Company invites applications for the following positions:
Sr. Structural Engineer:
B.Sc. Civil Engineering and Master’s degree in Structural Engineering with valid registration with FEC as a Professional Engineer.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with a focus on multistory RCC/Steel building projects.
Proficiency in structural engineering software such as FTARS, SAFE, SAP, etc.
Jr. Structural Engineer:
B.Sc. Civil Engineering/preferably Master’s degree in Structural Engineering with valid PEC registration as PE or RE.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in structural engineering with a focus on multistory building projects.
Familiarity with structural engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP, etc.
Site Supervisor (Structures):
DAE Civil with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the execution/supervision of building projects.
Sr. Infrastructure Design Engineer:
B.Sc. Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the design of roads, water supply, sewerage, and drainage networks of housing schemes.
Preferably a Master’s degree in PHE and registration as a professional engineer with PEC.
Proficiency in software such as Civil 3D, SewerGems, WaterGems, Road Calc, ArcGIS, etc.
Jr. Infrastructure Design Engineer:
B.Sc. Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the design of roads, water supply, sewerage, and drainage networks of housing schemes.
Proficiency in software such as Civil 3D, SewerGems, WaterGems, Road Calc, ArcGIS, etc.
Sr. Infrastructure Draftsman:
DAE Civil/Diploma in drafting with a minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure design projects of housing schemes.
Experience with Civil 3D.
Resident Engineer (EE):
B.Sc. Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 Years of professional experience in execution/resident supervision of infrastructure development works of housing schemes.
Registration as a professional engineer with PEC.
Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE):
B.Sc. Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in execution/resident supervision of infrastructure development works of housing schemes.
Must be registered with PEC.
Site Supervisor (Infrastructure):
DAE Civil with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the supervision/execution of infrastructure development works of housing schemes.
Geologist (Material Specialist):
M.Sc. Geology with a minimum of 10 years experience as material engineer in infrastructure development works of housing schemes/highways projects.
Sr. Architect:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture with a minimum of 8 years experience in the design of multistory buildings.
Must be registered with PCATP and proficient in software such as Revit, AutoCad, Sketchup, Lumion.
Jr. Architect:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 3 years of experience in the design of residential and commercial projects with expertise in interior design.
Must be registered with PCATP and proficient in software such as Revit, AutoCad, Sketchup, 3D Max, Lumion, Erscape.
Landscape Architect/Horticulturist:
BS Landscape Architecture with 3 years experience in landscape and horticulture design.
Proficiency in relevant design software and knowledge of plant cultivation and management.
MEP Engineer:
B.Sc. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years experience in the MEP design of multistory buildings.
Must be registered with PEC as a professional engineer.
BIM Engineer:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Certification in Revit/Navisworks and other relevant certifications with a deep understanding and practical experience of Building Information Modeling.
Sr. Town Planner:
B.Sc./M.Sc. CRP with 5-10 years of professional experience in physical planning with expertise in GIS.
Must be registered with PCATP and proficient in using GIS and AutoCad software.
Jr. Town Planner:
B.Sc. CRP with 2 years of professional experience in physical planning, research, and report writing.
Must be registered with PCATP and fully conversant with town planning and research software.
Project Manager (Buildings):
B.Sc. Civil Engineering/M.Sc. in Construction Management with PMP certification and a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience.
Must be registered with PEC as a professional engineer.
Construction Manager (Buildings):
B.Arch/B.Sc. Civil Engg./DAE Civil with a minimum of 8/10 years of experience in the execution of multi-story buildings.
Must be registered with the concerned regulator body.
Marketing Manager (Real Estate):
BBA/MBA in marketing with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the real estate sector.
Must be fully conversant with digital marketing tools.
Sales Manager (Real Estate):
BBA/MBA in marketing with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the real estate sector.
Paid Internship (Fresh Graduates):
B.Sc. Civil Engineering, B.Sc. CRP, B.Arch, BBA/IMBA Marketing/Business Management.
The internship will be offered for one year @ Rs. 40,000/- per month. Upon successful completion, interns with outstanding performance may be offered full-time employment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
