The Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC), responsible for implementing the Punjab Cities Program (PCP), funded by the International Development Association (IDA), is looking for dedicated professionals to strengthen urban management and service delivery in Punjab’s participating urban Local Governments.
1. Program Officer (Social Safeguards) – Lahore
Qualification:
- A 16-year education or higher degree in Social Sciences from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience for 16 years education or 5 years for at least 17 years of education in social safeguards assessments and different analyses.
- Maximum age limit is 55 years.
2. Deputy Program Officer (Environment & Social Safeguards) – Gujranwala
Qualification:
- A 16-year education or higher degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or Sociology from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in environment and social analysis.
- Must have experience in developing IEES, EIAS, EMMPs as required under public sector environmental regulations.
3. Deputy Program Officer (Infrastructure Development) – Faisalabad
Qualification:
- A 16-year education or higher degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC recognized University.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in the design and implementation of infrastructure development projects.
- Maximum age limit is 45 years.
