Senior Project Manager (Technical & Operations)
Qualification & Experience:
- M.Sc. (Geology) or equivalent with 10 years relevant experience OR
- B.Sc. (Geology) or equivalent with 12 years of relevant experience
Job Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in Mineral Exploration/Mining, preferably in projects at a senior level within the Government and private sector
- Experience in Mineral Exploration/Mining including Geological Mapping/Survey, Geochemical studies, data interpretations, drilling supervision, Resource Estimation, report writing, etc.
- Knowledge & Experience in Topography Surveys, Geophysical surveys, and 3D modeling preferred
- Effective communication and social skills across a broad spectrum of nationalities and cultures
- Ability to manage, plan, and execute Mineral Exploration/Mining Projects of a diversified nature
- Experience in metallic mineral exploration preferred
Geologist
Qualification & Experience:
- M.Sc. (Geology) or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience OR
- B.Sc. (Geology) or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience
Job Requirements:
- Work experience in Mineral Exploration
- Site experience in Drilling supervision and Core logging
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to work in multiple environments (office and project site)
- Experience in metallic mineral exploration preferred
Front Desk Officer
Qualification & Experience:
- BA or equivalent with 3 years experience as a Front Desk Officer, agent, or relevant position OR
- MA or equivalent with 2 years experience as a Front Desk Officer, agent, or relevant position
Job Requirements:
- Experience within the public/private sector
- Reception and administrative duties including handling calls, mail, and visitor management
- Maintain updated records and files
- Assist in fleet management of company vehicles
- Other duties as assigned
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Punjab Mineral Company (Pvt.) Limited (PMC) is a wholly owned company of the Government of Punjab, established under the Companies Ordinance 1984. PMC, inter alia, has the mandate for exploration, exploitation, and business promotion of its mineral resources. PMC is actively engaged in exploratory work in Punjab with renowned international companies.
The Board of Directors of PMC is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and self-driven professional for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
QUALIFICATION:
- B.E./B.Sc. Engineering, in Mining/Geological/Geotechnical/Material Sciences or higher OR
- BS/M.Sc. in Geology/Geophysics or higher OR
- MBA/CA/ACCA/ACMA equivalent or higher (with 07 years of relevant Mineral Sector experience)
Candidate must be qualified from a HEC recognized university/reputable foreign university/professional body.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 20 years’ experience with 10 years of experience at senior management level in public/reputable private sector organization(s) is required.
- Candidates with earlier experience as CEO/MD/DG or equivalent will be preferred.
AGE: Pakistani Nationals, Maximum 60 years of age as on Monday, July 08, 2024.
