1. RM Shift Incharge
   • Qualifications: Engineer/DAE Mechanical
   • Experience: 15 years in a similar steel manufacturing environment
   • Skills: Ability to execute production work, control manpower and production-related issues, knowledge of slit rolling
2. Production Supervisor/Foreman
   • Qualifications: DAE Mechanical
   • Experience: 10 years in a similar field
3. RM Senior Fitters
   • Qualifications: Matric/DAE Mechanical
   • Experience: 8 years in a similar field
4. RM Fitters
   • Qualifications: Matric/DAE Mechanical
   • Experience: 5 years in a similar field
5. RM Assistant Fitters
   • Qualifications: Matric/DAE Mechanical
   • Experience: 3 years in a similar field
6. Guide Shop Senior Fitters
   • Qualifications: Matric/DAE Mechanical
