| Environment Specialist | Master in Environment/ M.Sc. Environmental Engineering from HEC Recognized University. At least 8 years’ experience in environmental Management and Monitoring Planning and Implementation. Proficiency in ADB Environmental Guidelines and experience with donor-funded projects. Proficient in computer usage. |
| Social Safeguard Specialist | Bachelors in Sociology or Anthropology or relevant field and Masters in Sociology or relevant field. 15 years of overall professional experience in sociology and 10 years specific experience in social safeguards assessments for water infrastructure design. Work experience in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is advantageous. |
| Legal Advisor | LLB Degree from a recognized University. |
| Zilladar | Graduation from a recognized university. At least 05 years working experience as Zilladar / Patwari or related field. Working experience in Irrigation department is preferred. |
| Patwari | Intermediate from a recognized board. At least 05 years working experience as Patwari or related field. Working experience in Irrigation department is preferred. |
| Computer Operators | At least second class degree of BCS (4 Years) BIT (4 years) MIT/ MCS/ MSC in Computer Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/institute with a minimum speed of ten (10) thousand key depressions per hour for punching data entry verification. Experience: At least 5 years in the relevant field, especially in Foreign Funded Projects. |
| Agronomist | Minimum post-graduate degree in agronomy/crop sciences, or a related field from a recognized local/foreign university. At least 15 years of work experience in agriculture development, irrigation scheduling, and design and implementation of agriculture development projects; demonstrated competencies in leading agricultural development planning for at least three large-scale irrigation and drainage development projects design. |
| Soil Conservation Assistant | At least 3 years of work experience with ADB, the World Bank, FAO, IFAD, and/or other international financial institutions directly or on projects is preferred. At least 2nd class Master Degree in Agriculture (Soil Science) or 2nd class bachelors (Hons) Degree in Agriculture with (Soil Science) as a major subject from a recognized University OR At least 2nd class bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering from a recognized University. |
| Social Organizer | Master in social Science Agriculture from HEC recognized university. |
| Sub Engineers (Civil) | Three years Diploma of Associate Engineer (Civil) from the Board of Technical Education. 10 years’ experience of infrastructure works. Experience of works on Irrigation Projects will be preferred. Proficient in the use of a computer. |
| Rod Man | At least middle in the second division. |
| Office Boy | Preferably literate. |
