NUTECH Islamabad invites applications from suitable candidates for the following positions:
1. Deputy Director/ Consultant (Exam)
Qualification: BS/MS or equivalent in a relevant field.
Specialized Field/ Experience:
- Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification experience of examination management in a well-known Public/Private educational institution.
- Experience with exams/assessments impacting TVET/semester systems.
2. Senior Deputy Director (SCM)
Qualification: BS/MS or equivalent in a relevant field.
Specialized Field/ Experience:
- Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification experience of Supply Chain Management in a well-known Public/Private/educational institution.
3. Deputy Director (NUTECH Board of Technical Education- NBTPE)
Qualification: BS/MS or equivalent in a relevant field.
Specialized Field/ Experience:
- Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification experience in a well-known Public/Private educational institution.
- Experience with exams/assessments impacting TVET/semester systems.
4. Deputy Director – NLSP (NUTECH Life Long Skills Program)
Qualification: BS/MS or equivalent in a relevant field.
Specialized Field/ Experience:
- Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification experience in the following:
- Establishing close coordination and communicating channels with all stakeholders of ATR plans including GHQ, Formation Headquarters, Training Establishment, Regimental Training Centre, Technical Institutes, Military, and Civil regulatory bodies as per policies, rules, regulations, and procedures in vogue.
- Facilitate training of all Regimental Training Centre (RTC), School of Instructions, Technical Institutes, and Training Establishments on Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBT&A) system in line with NUTECH policies and instructions.
5. Assistant Director (Budget)
Qualification: BS/MS/ACCA/CA or equivalent in a relevant field.
Specialized Field/ Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in overseeing the financial operations and planning of the University, including:
- Implementing University’s financial statutes.
- Preparation and processing of the budget for the FY in compliance with the concerned Ministry/Statutory Body.
- Ensuring the financial obligations policies/procedures.
6. Deputy Assistant Director (Contracts/ PMO)
Qualification: BS/MS or equivalent in a relevant field.
Specialized Field/ Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the following:
- Overseeing civil work matters.
- Executing construction works.
- Leadership role in Design, Quantity Survey, Contracts, QA/QC, Monitoring, and Maintenance Cell.
- Operations and management of facilities including electricity, water supply, sui gas, and HVAC system.
- Coordination with CDA, Military, and Govt agencies for smooth execution of construction works.
7. Junior/Trainee Officer
Qualification: BS/MS or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience: Experience in office management will be preferred.
8. Lab Supervisor
Qualification: FSc/BS/DAE or equivalent.
Specialized Field: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering/Science.
9. Project Management Staff
Qualification: FA/FSc/DAE or equivalent.
Experience:
- SDO (B/R, E/M) with Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Carpenter with Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant field.
10. Senior/Junior/Supervisor/Assistant (Clerical)
Qualification: Matric or Higher.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Data Management/Data Entry/Registration Monitoring with strong computer/MS Office/Odoo Skills.
11. General Support Staff
Qualification: Matric/Under Matric.
Specialized Field: Driver (HTV & LTV)
