Applications are invited from eligible individuals (Male & Female) for the following positions on a contract basis under the development project “Quality seed production and dissemination under agriculture transformation plan.”
1. Project Director (One Position)
Qualification:
- 16 years of education in Business Administration, Management, Development Studies, Mechanical Engineering, Agriculture Engineering, or Public Policy Economics from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of practical experience in the Seed Industry and allied operations in the Agriculture Sector, including 5 years in a lead role in completing/supervising mega development projects in the public and private sectors. Must have skill sets for intra and inter-institutional coordination with Government Departments.
Age: Up to 60 years
2. Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer (One Position)
Qualification:
- 16 years of education in Agriculture, Business Administration, Management, or Development Studies from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized University.
Experience:
- Overall 12 years of experience in Agriculture operations, including 4 years in a lead role in designing and implementing Business Development strategies. Must have hands-on experience in developing a brand, communication strategy, maintenance of the website, and digital marketing.
Age: Up to 60 years
3. Digital Transformation System Analyst (One Position)
Qualification:
- 16 years of education in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Software Engineering degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution.
Experience:
- Overall 10 years of practical IT experience, including 5 years in ICT/ERP Business Analysis.
Age: Up to 45 years
4. Assistant Technical Officer (Mechanical) (One Position)
Qualification:
- Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical Trade.
Experience:
- Overall 10 years of experience in fabrication, maintenance, and installation/erection, preferably in the grain processing industry.
Age: Up to 50 years
