- Submit the filled form, along with attested copies of certificates, testimonials, CNIC, passport size colored photographs, and the original bank challan/DD/PO of the paid processing fee to the Human Resource Department, Room 42, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia, Punjab, Lahore, via post (in-person applications will not be accepted) on or before November 23, 2023, during working hours.
