Job Description & Experience
- Monitoring and operation of plant from SCADA system (units and all its auxiliaries) within technical limits and according to SOPPPA.
- Preparation of DAC, revised DAC according to varying inflow each hour.
- Updating data on various online portals (SDXP/NTDC management system/NEPRA site).
- Preparation of Initial Incident Reports in case of any fault.
- Correspondence with system operator i.e. NPCC/RCC for handling of notifications such as DAC, dispatch instruction etc.
- Instructing weir site operator to operate spillway gates when required.
- Issuing of SP tags and trouble reports to maintenance team and maintain the records.
Experience:
- At least six (06) years of professional hands-on experience in hydropower projects.
nstruction & General Conditions:
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- The candidate should be proficient in technical report writing and fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet to organize and manipulate data.
