A fast-growing Private (Ltd) Company is looking for highly energetic and dedicated professionals on Contract Basis, who are interested to work in a challenging environment for the following posts:-
1. Post: Director Business Development
- Required Qualification:
- Bachelors/Masters or equivalent Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics Engineering.
- Candidates having MBA or equivalent after Engineering Degree may be preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 12-15 years experience of Business Development, Sales & Marketing especially in a Manufacturing Industry.
- Ex-Armed forces officers with relevant experience may also apply.
2. Post: Director QHSE
- Required Qualification:
- Bachelors/Masters / equivalent Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics Engineering, Quality Management, Safety Management, etc.
- Advance certifications in AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 17025 & OHSAS will be a plus.
- Candidates having MBA or equivalent after Engineering Degree may be preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 12-15 years experience in a similar QHSE leadership role in a Manufacturing Industry.
3. Post: CO (Chief Operating Officer)
- Required Qualification:
- Bachelors/Masters or equivalent Degree in Material/Mechanical/Electronics/Chemical Engineering.
- Candidates having MBA or equivalent after Engineering Degree may be preferred.
4. Post: General Manager Production Engineering & Industrial Services
- Required Qualification:
- Bachelors/Masters or equivalent Degree in Mechanical Chemical Electronics Engineering.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years managerial experience in Production Engineering & Industrial Services in a Manufacturing Industry.
5. Post: General Manager Supply Chain
- Required Qualification:
- Bachelors/Masters or equivalent Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience:
- 8-10 years experience in Supply Chain & Contract Management in a Manufacturing Industry.
6. Post: Manager Outsourcing
- Required Qualification:
- Bachelors/Masters or equivalent Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics Engineering.
- Candidates having MBA or equivalent after Engineering Degree may be preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in mechanical processes, CNC machining, sheet metal forming processes, welding, and fabrication of structures.
- Understanding of technical drawings and mechanical behavior of materials.
7. Post: Manager Marketing
- Required Qualification:
- Bachelors/Masters or equivalent Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years experience as a marketing manager, product manager, sales manager, or related marketing experience.
8. Post: Manager Commercial
- Required Qualification:
- Bachelors/Masters or equivalent Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics Engineering.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years experience as Manager Commercial.
