Responsibilities:
- Project Director:
- Overseeing project management-related matters
- Procurement and administrative matters
- Preparation of documents required to hire consultants
- Preparation of Tender/Bidding documents
- Coordination with clients/consultants/contractors and other organizations
- Project Manager/Executive Engineer:
- Monitoring the execution of the project
- Overseeing project management-related matters
- Procurement and administrative matters
- Preparation of documents required to hire consultants
- Preparation of Tender/Bidding documents
- Coordination with clients/consultants/contractors and other organizations
- Project Engineer (Civil)/Assistant Executive Engineer:
- Monitoring the execution of the project
- Procurement and administrative matters
- Coordination with clients/consultants/contractors and other organizations
- Office Assistant:
- Assisting with general office tasks
- Handling documentation and correspondence
- Providing administrative support to the project team
- Computer Operator:
- Typing at a speed of 40 words per minute
- Data entry tasks
- Computer-related duties as assigned
- Driver:
- Safely operating light and heavy vehicles
- Vehicle maintenance and routine repairs
- Following traffic rules and regulations
- Naib Qasid:
- Assisting with general office tasks
- Running errands
- Maintaining cleanliness of the office
Qualifications/Experience:
- Project Director:
- B.Sc. Civil Engineering 1st Division from a University recognized by PEC or HEC
- 12 years’ experience, including 5 years of experience in BPS 18 or above in construction and maintenance of buildings
- Expertise in project management, procurement, and administrative matters
- Project Manager/Executive Engineer:
- B.Sc. Civil Engineering 1st Division from a University recognized by PEC or HEC
- 6 years’ experience, including 5 years of experience in construction and maintenance of buildings
- Expertise in project management, procurement, and administrative matters
- Project Engineer (Civil)/Assistant Executive Engineer:
- B.Sc. Civil/Electrical Engineering 1st Division from a University recognized by PEC or HEC
- Office Assistant:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a university recognized by HEC
- 5 years of experience as a senior clerk or data entry operator
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Computer Operator:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a university recognized by HEC
- One-year diploma in computer science
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Driver:
- Secondary School Certificate from a recognized board or institution
- HTV/LTV or PSV driving license
- 5 years of experience in driving light and heavy vehicles
- Naib Qasid:
- Secondary School Certificate from a recognized board or institution

- The above positions are offered on a contract basis for two years, extendable till the completion of the project (30-06-2025).
