Qualification & Experience
The ideal candidates should have a strong working background in engineering (preferably in the automotive industry), Business Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing, aftersales services, and the marketing of training activities. The specific qualifications and experiences required for each position are detailed below:
Head of Business Development
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Automotive, or equivalent.
- MBA (Preferably in Marketing) is an advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum 08 years, with 02 years as head of department.
- Proven ability to plan, develop, and execute business development strategies.
- Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Knowledge of CRM, Business Development, and Quality Assurance.
- Skills:
- Leadership skills with the ability to train subordinates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Age: Not above 40 years.
Marketing & Industrial Liaison Officer
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Marketing/Business Administration.
- Experience:
- Knowledge of social media marketing.
- Digital/social media management & Event management.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English, with good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Age: Not above 40 years.
Business Development Executive
- Qualification:
- BE (Mechanical, Industrial Manufacturing/Automotive Engineering) or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum 03 years in the relevant industry.

Jr. Officer Workshop Instructor
- Qualification:
- DAE in Dies & Moulds/Mechanical.
- Experience:
- Minimum 03 years in the relevant industry of mould manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CNC operations and mechanical workshop technologies.
- Relevant teaching experience is an advantage.
- Age: Not above 35 years.
English (Visiting Faculty)
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject. Preference given to Master’s degree holders.
- Experience:
- Minimum 03 years in teaching English and Business Communication at Senior Secondary/DAE/Intermediate/Higher Level of education.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
Islamist & Pakistan Studies (Visiting Faculty)
- Qualification:
- MA Islamiat/Fazil Dar-e-Nizami.
- Experience:
- Minimum 03 years in teaching Islamiat/Pakistan Studies at Senior Secondary/DAE/Intermediate/Higher Level of education.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and communication skills in Urdu.
Technical Drawing (Visiting Faculty)
- Qualification:
- BE/B-Tech in Mechanical/Manufacturing or Equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum 03 years in teaching Technical Drawing at Senior Secondary/DAE/Intermediate/Higher Level of education.
- Skills:
- Emphasis on precision and accuracy in technical drawing.
- Well-versed in industry standards, including knowledge of engineering tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes.
