Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Certifications in accommodation management or relevant training (advantageous)
Experience:
- 7–8 years in accommodation management (preferably in remote mining or construction)
- 2+ years in a leadership role
Key Requirements:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, accommodation software
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and adaptability in diverse teams
Responsibilities:
- Supervise accommodation operations with focus on quality and compliance
- Manage housekeeping, catering, and maintenance
- Handle room allocation, budgets, inspections, and facility upgrades
Fleet Supervisor
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in a relevant field
Experience:
- 5+ years in fleet management
- Prior mining/construction environment exposure preferred
Key Requirements:
- Familiar with fleet systems and heavy vehicles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee fleet operations, fuel monitoring, and cost control
- Maintain site facilities (airstrips, vehicles, etc.)
- Ensure safety and compliance with RDMC standards
Construction Safety Supervisor
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Occupational Health & Safety or related
- Certified in NEBOSH, OHSAS, NASP, ICAM, etc.
Experience:
- At least 2 years in Health & Safety roles, preferably in construction
- Experience with safety systems and standards
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of local/international safety regulations
- Excellent communication, investigation, and audit skills
Responsibilities:
- Support project safety systems and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead inspections, accident investigations, and safety coaching
- Participate in Emergency Response Programs and CCM Program
Personal Assistant to General Manager
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience:
- 4–5 years as PA or EA, preferably in a mining/industrial setup
Key Requirements:
- Highly organized, proactive, and excellent communicator
- Adaptability to rugged site conditions and flexible hours
Responsibilities:
- Manage GM’s calendar, travel, and meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents
