Rupali Group, Pakistan’s leading producer of Polyester Filament Yarn & Staple Fiber, is seeking talented and result-oriented professionals for the following positions:
1. Manager (Utilities)
- Qualification: BE (Chemical)
- Experience: 12-15 years of hands-on supervision and management of large utilities.
- Skills: Must be fully conversant with the operation of centrifugal/screw compressors, centrifugal and absorption chillers, HFO/Gas fired medium pressure steam boilers, HVAC system WHRB, and water treatment plants.
2. Manager (Maintenance)
- Qualification: BE (Mechanical)
- Experience: 12-15 years of experience in maintaining petrochemical plants in a senior position.
- Skills: Well-versed with maintenance of stationary and rotary equipment. Capable of handling plant maintenance issues, maintaining spare parts inventory, and planning turnarounds.
3. Manager (Power House)
- Qualification: BE (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Experience: 12-15 years of experience in operation, maintenance, and management of Power Plants.
- Skills: Familiarity with HFO & Gas Power Plants. Experience with Jenbacher and Diahatsu Engines is a plus.
4. Manager (Project)
- Qualification: BE (Mechanical)
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in handling projects.
- Skills: Knowledge of Installation, Commissioning, Contracts, Erection of machinery, understanding of piping, Civil Construction, Electrical Installations, and Preparation & Evaluation of Drawing & BOQ.
5. Deputy Manager (Technical Services)
- Qualification: MSc Fiber Technology/BSc Textile Engineering
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Spinning Mills, particularly in Ring Spinning for manufacturing of PC/PV/PP Yarn & troubleshooting.
