Qualifications: Applications are accepted from candidates with qualifications from HEC/PEC approved institutions in the following areas:
- Chemical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- MSc Chemistry (Analytical) or 16 years of Equivalent Education
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E/B.Sc. Engineering from a National/International University (HEC/PEC recognized)
- Already graduated/students of the final semester completing their degree by July/August 2024 are encouraged to apply.
- Age Limit: Less than 27 years
- Marital Status: Single
- Minimum CGPA: 2.8 and above

- Step 2: NTS Fertilizer Test
- Get yourself registered in “NTS Fertilizer” by visiting the NTS website. The NTS test will be held on 18th February and 3rd March 2024. Candidates can appear only in one test as per their date of choice.
Selection Process:
- Based on academic and NTS results, top candidates will be called for preliminary interviews.
- Assessment Centre: Candidates will be assessed for their soft skills through various group/team and individual sessions.
- Final Interviews: Conducted to evaluate overall personality and leadership potential.
