Heavy Mechanical Complex Ltd. is inviting applications for the following posts on a contract basis initially for a period of one (01) year (extendable on satisfactory performance).

1. Director (Sales & Marketing)

Qualification & Experience:
- BSc/BE (Mech/Metallurgy) from an HEC recognized university with valid PEC registration.
- Minimum 18 years post-qualification experience in an engineering setup as Head of Business Development.
- Proven track record of Business Development Marketing of steel/engineering products, particularly in Sugar, Cement, O&G, Fertilizers, and Chemicals industry.
- Candidates having an MBA in Marketing with experience of dealing with public and private sector clients will be preferred.

2. General Manager (Hydro Power Projects)

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum B.E (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Electrical) or related disciplines.
- 10 years of post-qualification experience in Planning, Scheduling, and Execution of HPPs at a senior level in Gilgit Baltistan/AJK.

3. Sr. Manager/Manager (Mechanical)

Age Limit: 50 years
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum B.E (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Electrical).
- 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in the machining of high-capacity projects (Steel Structures, Sugar Mills, Sugar Spares, Cement, O&G, etc.).
- Candidates with work experience in the engineering industry will be given preference.

4. Sr. Manager/Manager (Design)

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum B.E/BSc (Mechanical Engineering).
- 10 years post-qualification practical experience in engineering design.
- Hands-on design experience of Steel Structures, Plant & Machinery, and expertise in relevant design software.

5. Sr. Manager/Manager (Foundry & Forge)

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum B.E/BSc (Metallurgy) or related disciplines.
- 10 years of post-qualification practical experience of Steel Foundry, Machining, Forging, Casting for the heavy engineering industry, including Sugar, Cement, Oil & Gas, Power Plants, etc.
- Candidates with work experience in work scheduling and engineering industry project management will be preferred.

6. Sr. Manager/Manager (Production Planning & Control)

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum B.E (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Electrical) or related disciplines.
- 15 years of post-qualification practical experience in Production Planning, Project Management, Scheduling, and Job Ordering.
- Candidates with work experience in the engineering industry will be preferred.
