The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) is seeking qualified individuals for the position of Regulatory Officer (RO) in various divisions/offices.

Vacancy Details:
- Director (RO-15) – Budget & Accounts Division
- Number of Vacancies: 01
- Maximum Age Limit: 47 years
- Qualification/Experience: Ph.D. in Accountancy with 10 years related experience, Cost and Management Accountant or Chartered Accountant with post-membership with 13 years related experience preferably in the analysis of pricing costing of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, or MBA (Finance) / M.Com with 15 years’ experience preferably in the analysis of pricing costing of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products. Qualification background with basic qualification in Pharmacy would be preferable.
- Director (RO-15) – Legal Affairs Division

- Qualification/Experience: Ph.D. in law or related fields of legal Affairs with 10 years of experience preferably in the pharmaceutical field, or M.Phil/LLM with 13 years of experience preferably in the pharmaceutical field, or Bar-at-Law and enrolled as an advocate of High Court with 15 years of experience preferably in the pharmaceutical field. Having a basic qualification in law is required. Qualification background with basic qualification in Pharmacy would be preferable.

- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test.
- Candidates currently working in public sector departments/organizations must provide a NOC from their department at the time of the interview.
- Candidates with financial or professional conflicts of interest will not be appointed.
- Immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, or spouse) of senior officials or owners of concerns dealing in therapeutic goods cannot be appointed as Directors.
- Maximum age shall be calculated from the closing date of applications. No further relaxation in the maximum age limit shall be allowed.
- Pay, allowances, and other benefits will be governed by the DRAP Employees Service Regulations, 2015 (as amended), available on the official website of DRAP (www.dra.gov.pk).
- The Authority reserves the right to withdraw any or all of these posts at any stage during the recruitment process without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- Mere submission of an application and qualification in the initial screening test does not guarantee appointment.
- Any candidate found to have provided false information/documents during or after the recruitment process will be disqualified.
