SYSTEMS ENGINEER (RF/Microwave/DSP/Embedded)

Main Responsibilities:

Identification of Customer’s Operational Requirements
Translation into Technical Requirements
Subdivision to Functional, Performance, Mechanical & Interface Requirements
Definition & Design of System Architecture
Project Documentation
Integration, Validation & Qualification
Final Verification & Testing with Customer
Platform Installation & Operational Test Support
Project Planning, Management, and Systems Engineering
Support to Sales & Marketing Teams in Preparing Proposals & Cost Estimates
Coordination with Vendors, Industry & Academia

Qualification:

PhD/MS in Electrical/Electronics/Avionic/Embedded from reputable International/National University
- Preferred (CGPA > 3.3 & proven track record of R&D in DSP, RF & Microwave)
Preferably 05 years of industry experience (for PhD)/03 years (for MS) in mentioned domains at reputable organization/company
Able to apply Systems Engineering & Project Management principles
Able to demonstrate capability for successful completion of projects from customer needs to manufacturing, while staying within time & cost constraints
Know-how of product testing, validation, acceptance, documentation, standards & certifications
Hands-on experience with relevant design software tools

Domain:

Basic Requirements:
- RF & Microwave systems design, simulation, testing
Preferred Skills:
- CST/HFSS/COMSOL/ADS/Microwave and validation
- Optimized DSP design on SDRs and Embedded Platforms
- MATLAB
- LabView/GNU Radio/MATLAB/Python/C/C++
- RFSOC/Vivado/HDL/C++/C
- FPGA, Processor & uController embedded SW/FW development

For tests/interviews, please come prepared with knowledge of the respective domain
On success in interviews, applicants should be able to join on very short notice
Should be a resident of or willing to relocate to Rawalpindi/Islamabad
