Designation	Qualification / Relevant Experience
Assistant Director Structures	Bachelor’s OR Master’s in Civil Engineering, preferably Master’s in Structural Engineering. Experience in reviewing High-Rise Structures, Seismic Provisions, Steel Structures, Post-Tensioning, and Building performance.
Supervisor/Inspector Operation & Maintenance (Electrical)	DAE Electrical OR relevant qualification. Safe, efficient, and continuous operation of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance expertise.
Visualizer	Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, or a related field. Ability to transform conceptual ideas into visual representations.
Executive Director Commercial	Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration. Expertise in marketing, customer service, business development, client relationships, and sales.
Director PPP & JV	Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration. Experience with regulatory frameworks, stakeholder negotiations, and joint ventures.
Deputy Director Enterprise Sales/IR	Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration. IR expertise with enterprise client handling, event participation, and lead generation.
Executive Sales	Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration. Adequate knowledge of sales, letter drafting, networking, and industry events.
Officer-I (Sales/IR)	Bachelor’s or Graduate in Business Education. Good communication and promotions background.
Officer-II (GIS)	Bachelor’s/Master’s in Space Science, GIS, Geo-Informatics, or related. GIS-based data collection and visualization.
Land Surveyor	Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related. Experience in maps, legal descriptions, and construction surveys.
Assistant Director Information Technology	Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Sciences or Software Engineering. Experience with programming languages, networking, and hardware.
Assistant Director Human Resource	Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR Management. Expertise in HR policy formulation and implementation.
Executive Human Resource	Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR Management. HR programs and procedures knowledge required.
Officer-I (HR & IT)	Graduation OR Bachelor’s in HR Management or Computer Sciences. Skills in IT functions and HR documentation.
Receptionist (No. of Positions: 2)	Intermediate OR relevant qualification. Telephone handling, assisting visitors, performing clerical tasks.
Document Controller (HR & IT)	Intermediate OR relevant qualification. Managing organizational documents and filing systems.
Officer-I (Land & Estate)	Graduation or relevant degree. Land and estate planning and coordination.
Officer-I (Legal)	Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law. Legal documentation, case handling, assistance in land and estate matters.
