Detail About CDA Internship Program 2024
Capital Development Authority (CDA) is pleased to announce a 6-month CDA Internship Program-2024 starting from June 2024 at CDA, Islamabad. The internship offers a monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000/- per month.
Requisite Qualification:
Eligible students must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree (04 years) in the last 03 years from a government-recognized institution in the following disciplines:

| Planning & Design | Bachelor’s degree in City & Regional Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Transportation Planning, Traffic & Transport Engineering, Structural Engineering |
| Information Technology | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology in the following specialties: Web Developer, Software Developer, System Architect, Cyber Security |
Note: Students awaiting results to meet the eligibility criteria are ineligible.
Selection Procedure:
- Applicants with consistently excellent academic records shall be shortlisted. Percentage marks obtained in SSC, HSSC, and Bachelors or equivalent shall be given corresponding weightage from 30 marks each, i.e., total 90 marks. Ten (10) marks will be allocated for the interview.
- Names of shortlisted candidates for the interview will be uploaded on the CDA website with detailed guidelines: CDA Website.
- The number of interns, placement, assignment of duty, and termination of the internship shall be at the discretion of CDA. However, interns can also request termination of the internship with 15 days’ notice in writing but the internship completion certificate shall not be awarded in such cases.
- Applications of those students who have served as interns under the ‘CDA Internship Program-
2023′ shall not be entertained/accepted. 5. The internship is neither an offer of appointment nor is its period extendable, and shall not confer any right of employment/regularization, etc. Interns will only be entitled to the lump-sum stipend mentioned above and will be governed by the rules of CDA regarding disciplinary matters and confidentiality.
