Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO), operating under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), is offering a paid internship program for the fiscal year 2025-26. This is a valuable opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in a leading public-sector power distribution company covering 13 districts of Southern Sindh (excluding Karachi). Interns will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000, with performance-based extensions possible for up to two years.

Internship Duration and Stipend
- Initial Duration: 6 months
- Extension: Up to 2 years based on performance and company requirements
- Monthly Stipend: Rs. 40,000 (20% increase with each extension)
- Note: No TA/DA or conveyance allowance will be provided
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree must be from HEC-recognized university or relevant recognized professional body
- Minimum 60% marks or 2.5 CGPA (out of 4.0)
- Maximum age limit is 30 years as of the closing date
- Government and semi-government employees are not eligible
- Internship does not guarantee future employment
Selection Process
- Merit list based on academic record and interview
- Selection committee will verify original documents
