PCMD Summer Internship Program for Youth
The ICCBS is among the top academic research establishments in the developing world with two constituent centers: the H.E.J. Research Institute of Chemistry and the Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research. The ICCBS holds the unique distinction of being a WHO collaborating center and a UNESCO category 2 center, and has been awarded the Islamic Development Bank Prize twice for being the best scientific research institution in the Islamic world.

Over the last four decades, the H.E.J. Research Institute has achieved numerous milestones and remains at the pinnacle of excellence. The institute focuses on raising the standards of training for scholars in economically relevant fields of chemical and biochemical sciences and mobilizing resources for future growth in new disciplines.
Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research
The Dr. Panjwani Center is dedicated to training young scholars in the emerging fields of molecular medicine and drug research. The research activities at PCMD are aimed at understanding diseases, particularly those prevalent in Pakistan, with the goal of finding improved and novel ways of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
