TGC Builders (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading construction company, is actively seeking qualified professionals to join our dynamic team. If you have the experience and expertise in the construction industry, we invite you to apply for the following positions:
1. Project Manager (15 Years Experience)
- Responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects.
2. Design Engineer – MEP (15 Years Experience)
- Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design for construction projects.
3. Quantity Surveyor
- 15 Years Experience
- Responsible for estimating and managing project costs.
4. Material Engineer
- Responsible for materials selection and quality control.
5. Site Engineer – MEP (8 Years Experience)
- Supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects at the construction site.
6. Site Supervisor
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities.
7. Procurement Manager/Expert (10 Years Experience)
- Expertise in procuring equipment and materials, particularly related to MEP and finishing works for Mall projects.
8. Draftsman (10 Years Experience)
- Proficient in creating technical drawings and plans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Project Manager: BSc in Civil Engineering
- Design Engineer – MEP: BSc in Electrical Engineering
- Quantity Surveyor: DAE in Civil Engineering
- Material Engineer: BS in Geology
- Site Engineer – MEP: BS in Electrical Engineering
- Site Supervisor: DAE in Civil Engineering
- Procurement Manager/Expert: MBA
- Draftsman: DAE in Civil Engineering
EXPERIENCE:
- All positions require relevant years of experience as mentioned above.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the construction of high-rise buildings.
