Job Vacancy: Telemetry Project Support Consultant
Indus River System Authority (IRSA) is an autonomous body established under Act No. XXII of 1992 for regulating and monitoring the distribution of water sources of the Indus River.
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate Engineer in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom or Automation.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in instrumentation, telemetry/ Monitoring Control & Telecommunication System for local and international projects. International experience in Control Center Projects is desirable.
- Worked on at least 2 water-sector monitoring/telemetry projects in Project Management positions.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Telecom Systems for the proper functioning of Telemetry Systems.
- Comfortable with major computer techniques, software, and IT. Ability to work on a computer for official assignments and report production.
- Age on the closing date of applications must be 45 to 65 years.

- Salary (PPS-10) will be as per the Standard Pay Package for Project Staff outlined by the Finance Division (Regulation Wing) O.M. No. 4(9) R-14/2008 dated 18th April 2022.
- Traveling Allowance/Daily Allowance equivalent to BPS-20 will be admissible. Conveyance for Pick and Drop/local use will not be provided.
- Contract appointment initially for one year, extendable. The Consultant will be provided with reasonable office accommodation at IRSA Headquarters, Islamabad.
- Terms of Reference (TORs) for the position are available on the IRSA Website (www.pakirsa.gov.pk).
- No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates when called for test/interview.
