A Public Limited Company is seeking the services of dynamic and energetic professionals on a contract basis for the following position(s):
1. Senior Executive Director
- Experience: 25 to 30 years senior management level experience in the development and execution of railway infrastructure projects and operations in a reputable organization.
- Qualification: B.S Civil Engineering.
2. Chief Engineer
- Experience: 25 to 30 years of senior level experience in the development and execution of major infrastructure projects in a reputable organization.
- Qualification: B.S Civil Engineering.
3. Sr. Manager Contracts & Claims
- Experience: 12+ Years of experience and understanding of FIDIC based Contracts (Red book, Green book, Yellow book, etc.) with strong experience in preparing, executing, and interpreting project claims, preferably with a C-A level contractor.
- Qualification: B.S Civil Engineering/ MS Civil Engineering/ M Sc. Construction Laws.
4. Manager Planning & Coordination
- Experience: 8+ Years of experience in developing construction schedules, project cash flows, manpower histograms, reporting formats, and establishing cost control measures through MS Project or Primavera, preferably for a C-A level contractor.
- Qualification: B.S Civil Engineering/ MS Project Management.
5. Deputy Manager Quantity Surveyor
- Experience: 8+ Years of experience in preparing IPCs, taking off sheets, escalation claims, etc. for large-scale construction projects ideally with a C-A level contractor.
- Qualification: B.S Civil Engineering/ B. Tech Engineer/ DAE in Quantity Survey.
