ASF Foundation is a housing project of the Airports Security Force Foundation. We are seeking highly experienced and motivated candidates to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of our housing project.
Director Project
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall coordination and management of work at the site
- Supervise and review all design and construction works carried out by consultants/contractors
Education:
- Masters/Bachelors in Civil Engineering/Management Sciences
Experience:
- 15-20 years of experience in Civil/Engineering Corps, preferably served in DHA, Bahria, and other housing societies. Ex-Col/Lt Col
Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the construction of houses/apartments, plazas, and high-rise buildings
- Ensure smooth execution of the project, covering infrastructure and construction works
Education:
- Masters/Bachelors in Civil/Engineering Corps
Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in Civil/Engineering Corps, preferably served in DHA, Bahria, and other housing societies. Ex-Lt Col/Major
Manager IT
Responsibilities:
- Possess expertise in Oracle systems and extensive experience in IT systems and networks
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Develop and oversee the installation of systems, including software and hardware
Education:
- Masters/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Diploma in Oracle Language
Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience as a Manager IT, preferably in DHA, Bahria, and other housing societies
Supervisor IT
Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager IT in overseeing IT systems and networks
- Assist in the administration of a large database, backup, restore, and query management
- Proficiency in PHP, Oracle, and Mobile app development
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent technical certification
Experience:

- Project Coordinator/Sales & Marketing Representative (Lahore/Islamabad) Responsibilities:

Education:
- MBA/BBA in Marketing & Sales from HEC recognized institution/university
Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience, preferably served in DHA, Bahria, and other housing societies
General Manager
Operations Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and policies
- Monitor performance and ensure compliance
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
Education:
- Graduate/Post Graduate from HEC recognized university/institution supplemented with security management and military organization certificate
Experience:
- Previous experience in security operations or deployment
Deputy Deployment Ops Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating deployment operations for a security company
- Support implementation of deployment strategies and plans
- Strong knowledge of security operations and best practices
Education:
- Graduate from HEC recognized university/institution
Experience:
- 10-12 years of relevant experience, preferably served in any security company (Army/PN/Airforce/ASF)
- Senior Assistant Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries
- Identify upselling opportunities
- Ensure contract compliance and accurate financials
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Experience:
- Experience in account management or customer service
Cash Recovery Agent
Responsibilities:
- Recover outstanding debts from individuals and businesses
- Contact debtors to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes
- Monitor and track payments accurately and maintain comprehensive records of debt recovery activities
Education:
- Intermediate or equivalent
Experience:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably served in any security company
Assistant Finance Lead Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing financial operations and transactions
- Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports
