The Higher Education Commission (HEC) in Pakistan is looking for qualified individuals to join the “Education Testing Council (ETC)” as part of the Test Administration Staff. These positions are available in various roles, including Test City Coordinators, Chief Supervisors, Supervisors, Invigilators, and Supporting Staff.
Positions and Qualifications
- Test City Coordinators
- Requirements: A Master’s Degree (18 years) from a recognized university in Pakistan with at least 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) with 5 years of experience in teaching or examination coordination.
- Chief Supervisor
- Requirements: A Master’s Degree (18 years) with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) with 5 years of experience in teaching or invigilation.
- Supervisor
- Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) with 2 years of experience in teaching or invigilation.
- Duties: Act as a liaison between invigilators and Chief Supervisors during exams.
- Invigilator
- Requirements: Minimum Intermediate (12 years) with at least 6 months of relevant experience in teaching or invigilation.
- Duties: Conduct tests, maintain exam hall discipline, and monitor exam-related responsibilities.
- Mobile Searching Staff/Gate Security
- Requirements: Minimum Matriculation (10 years) with at least 6 months of relevant experience.

How to Pay the Fee
- A non-refundable test fee of Rs. 1200/– can be paid through participating banks, ATMs, internet banking, mobile banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Upaisa using the 1Link 1Bill Invoice service.
- After payment, click on “Verify Online Payment” on the ETC-HEC Dashboard.
- The deadline for online registration is 4 pm on November 13, 2023.
