| Deputy Executive Officer (Electrical, Electronics) (Field Sites) | Sixteen (16) years of education in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. |
| Deputy Executive Officer (Civil Works) | Sixteen (16) years of education in engineering (Civil / Building & Architectural Engineering) or a related field. |
| Deputy Executive Officer (Electrical) (Networks Security) | Minimum of sixteen (16) years of education in Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. |
| Deputy Executive Officer (Finance) | Minimum of sixteen years of education in finance, accounting, business, or related disciplines from an HEC recognized university. |
| Assistant Executive Officer (IPNV Sites) | Minimum sixteen (16) years of education in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field. |
| Assistant Executive Officer (Traffic Sites) | Minimum 16 years’ Education in Engineering Management/Administration/Business Management/Public Administration, or related field from HEC recognized institute. Relevant certification (PMP/Prince2/CAPM etc.) would be preferred. |
